Shreveport is in Louisiana, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Shreveport follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Johnny and Darius with JoJo’s Softwash and Powerwashing Solutions did an incredible job on my property. They power washed my fence, siding, roof, and concrete, then sealed the fence and replaced around 60 broken pickets. The difference is night and day. They made an older fence look brand new and saved me a ton of money compared to replacing the entire thing. Johnny and Darius were professional, hardworking, and paid attention to the details. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. If you’re thinking your fence or exterior needs to be replaced, I’d definitely recommend giving JoJo’s a call first. They may be able to bring it back to life and save you some serious money. Five stars all the way!

Johnny and the guys did a great job turning my work truck into a show truck. Very responsive and accommodating to whatever needs you may have. Will definitely be using them again.

AMAZING job he saved me and my family thousands of dollars. Insurance said that we would need a new roof and refused to cover us. Once Johnny was done the insurance company approved immediately and asked if we had had someone put a new roof on instead of having it cleaned. Johnny was very professional. Johnny explained everything. Great priced, I would highly recommend this company for anything!

Johnny with JoJo’s softwash and pressure washing completely transformed our home! Our roof had tons of old black stains and algae. It looked so awful that we thought we needed a costly replacement. Johnny used a soft wash that made it look like a brand-new roof was installed instead of just cleaned. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Johnny was incredibly professional. No matter what came our way, he found a solution and came out on top. He explained everything nicely, offered an amazing price, and proved he is an awesome owner who cares about his work. Highly recommend!"

This is the second time I’ve gotten all my vehicles cleaned by Jojo and each time they’re spotless. For the detail of work, it’s actually done pretty quick. I have nothing but good things to say and they also accept Moxey; so, that’s a huge plus. They came to me and had everything they needed to work without me having to stay and watch. I was very appreciative of how smoothly everything was handled. 5 stars because I’m happy and I have no complaints.
